Pricing of Co-ordination

The first, introductory consultation that focuses on the determination of your expectations and the scope of provided services, is always FREE OF CHARGE. If you decide to take advantage of our services and order a turn-key wedding or just a consultant for the actual day of the wedding, all further consultations will also be FREE OF CHARGE. If you only ask for help with and advice on the planning of the wedding, and you do not take advantage of our co-ordinators (advice on the wedding venues, wedding reception, information on how to arrange a wedding with the authorities, with the Church, in the castles, and so on), you will pay a fee.

Basic Consultation / 1 hour

 You get a choice of several locations available for the wedding ceremony and reception on the wished day. We provide the documents necessary to contract marriage (civil as well as church wedding). We will advise you on the bridal boutiques, flower suppliers, manufacturers of wedding announcements, confectioner, catering services, choice of music, etc.

Price per 1 hour: 650 CZK

Extended Consultation / 3 hours Basic

Consultation + we will provide documents necessary to contract marriage (even if you marry a foreigner). In case you marry a foreigner, we will help to arrange certified documents and necessary translations, we hire an interpreter for the wedding ceremony. On request, we will, of course, accompany you to meetings with the authorities.

Price per 3 hours: 1.200 CZK

„On the Day“ Co-ordination

Creation of the timetable of the wedding day during two sittings with the wedding co-ordinator. The co-ordinator will accompany you to the venues of the wedding ceremony and reception, will suggest the decorations for the tables and the style of the ceremony, as you wish. We will guarantee smooth running of the ceremony – we co-operate with individual service suppliers and the Registrar. We will supervise the wedding guests, wedding tray and seating order. We will arrange for the decoration of the wedding venue(s), co-operate with the photographer and supervise the wedding gifts. Here, the couple arrange for all the suppliers and service providers themselves.

Price for the 8-hour working day of the Co-ordinator: 6.000 CZK

Co-ordination of Wedding Ceremonies in Brno and the surroundings

The couple arrange for all the service suppliers themselves. The number of consultations depends on the couple´s needs, i.e. the number is unlimited. The service includes a visit the the wedding venue(s), creation of a detailed timetable of the wedding day, „on the day“ co-ordination – preparation for and work of the co-ordinator on the wedding day (welcoming guests, dealing with the Registrar, co-ordination of wedding guests, arrival / departure of cars, distribution of corsages and buttonholes, organisation of photography, supervision of wedding gifts, seating order, preparation of wedding hampers, etc.

Price for 2-hour work of the Co-ordinator: 2.000

Turn-key Wedding

The co-ordinator is available by phone or e-mail any time of the day. The Co-ordinator will arrange everything from A to Z as you wish. i.e. the Co-ordinator prepares the documents, accompanies you to the Registry Office where you need to book your wedding date, arranges for all the service suppliers, fully co-ordinates your wedding day so that you can relax and enjoy your day D. Final price is determined when you have specified the scope of the services you request. Our web calculator may, however, help you estimate the price. Junior Co-ordinator

If the number of wedding guests exceeds 50, it may be necessary to hire a second Co-ordinator to ensure smooth running of the wedding. Her task will especially be to supervise the transportation of guests and basic supervision.

Price of the Junior Co-ordinator: 500 CZK/hour (max. involvement 3 hours = 1.500 CZK)
